As one of my added value services on my blog, I’ve decided to provide the resources I use in order to learn and grow with photography. So for the first installment, I give you:
I don’t have the official description of the site, so I will describe it in my own words. The Digital Photography School is a blog of tips, suggestions, contributions, and surveys all pertaining to the world of photography. Many people provide valuable articles on different subjects from how to be better a portrait photography, to experimenting with water, and understanding key parts of the camera.
Take advantage of the site, it is like my go-to for everything, and it is where I launch my search of everything photography related before I use Google. There is an e-mail list you can sign up for and they will send you a weekly digest of the numerous topics covered as well as what goes on in the discussion board segment of the site. Yes, there is a discussion board or forum if you will. Sign up, get feedback, give feedback, ask questions of equipment…whatever you need, this site has it and it is very comprehensive. And once you get comfortable, participate in some of the competitions!
Enjoy part one of my favorite resources, hope it helps!
